Important!! Please read our general policies:

• Minimum stay of 2 nights required during high season (June 01 – September 30) unless reservation is made close to the arrival date and space is available. A single night surcharge of $ 20.00 applies for all seasons.
• To confirm your booking we do require Visa or MasterCard Credit Card details. No monies will be debited until you arrive, except there is a cancellation.
• If you need to cancel your booking or need to change your existing reservation we do require two weeks notice. An administrative fee of $ 50.00 per room will be charged on all cancellations and debited to your credit card. Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s fee, within 48 hours or for no- shows the full amount of reservation will be due. We do recommend to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
• Check-in is suggested between 4 and 6 pm. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals with prior arrangements. Check-out time is 11.00 am.
• Children of 12 years or older are welcome. Please inquire.
• Pets: We have a resident cat (Rocky) and a small dog (Joey) in our home and can not accept visiting pets. Sorry fellows.
• Dietary needs: Please let us know well in advance if you have any special dietary needs or allergies. Surcharges apply. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
• Smoking and Vaping of cannabis is not permitted.
• Smoking of tobacco is allowed in the garden area.
