How To Get Here
After a five hour drive north from Vancouver, British Columbia, or a 3,5 hour drive from Jasper, Alberta turn off highway #5 in Clearwater, 122 km north of Kamloops.
At the Tourist Information Centre follow the highway signs and turn up Clearwater Valley Road leading to Wells Gray Park.
Surrounded by parklands our property is located 24 km up this road within the park, 12 km past the park entrance , on the left hand side and clearly marked with signs.

If you are using a GPS please be aware that many don’t have correct information on rural locations. Use either GPS coordinates or follow above directions and road signs.

We have ample of parking space. When arriving at the Blue Grouse it is best to bring your vehicle to the entrance gate by the carport and unload your luggage. A concrete walk-way will make it easy to wheel in your suitcases but a cart is also available to bring in your luggage all at once. After check-in please move your car up to the Guest Parking Lot.
FYI: There is no petro-station or grocery store in the Park. We recommend to fuel up in Clearwater. (Shell station is right at the turn-off, they also have a convenience store). Our full service grocery store Buy Low Foods is opposite the gas station on the other side of the highway. Driving time from Clearwater to the Blue Grouse is approx. 25 minutes).
